This educational site (Prepare.online) is owned and managed by an open-source corporation called The Transparent Company (T Corp). T Corp is a registered incorporated body with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission, the company aims to show how conventional corporate structure can be changed to stop greenwashing. To achieve this it uses strict hierarchical operating procedures, radical transparency, and allocates 10% of revenue to environmental negative externality sinks.
